Hi!💕 I’m Jelena Nicholson, a licensed Aesthetician and Tattoo Artist, with over 9 years of hands-on experience transforming brows and enhancing natural beauty. As the owner of Jelena Aesthetics, I specialize in creating soft, natural, and long-lasting results through advanced PMU techniques. Brows are truly the heart of my craft. From Microblading and Ombré Powder to Combo Brows and corrective work, I’ve spent years mastering the art of shaping, mapping, and designing brows that complement each client’s unique features. My approach is detailed, artistic, and always tailored to achieve results that look natural. In addition to brows, I also offer Lip Blushing, a gentle tattooing technique that adds soft, natural color and enhances the shape of the lips while maintaining a subtle, everyday look. My mission is to provide a comfortable, professional, and uplifting experience for every client who walks through my door, and to deliver results that make you feel confident the moment you look in the mirror. CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that things happen and plans can change. However, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill that time with another appointment. Please read this policy carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment may be made without an additional cancellation fee. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to the same 50% cancellation fee. * For 6–8 week touch-up appointments, same day cancellations with notice or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. We hope you understand everyone’s time is valuable.
